Aya Healthcare experienced a massive surge in talent acquisition during COVID, driven by the nationwide demand for travel nurses. With that rapid growth came a need to evolve, shifting the brand to better resonate with a modern, digitally native audience while positioning it as more tech-forward.

At Minno, We partnered with Aya to reimagine their identity in a way that balanced innovation with empathy, bringing a more contemporary, streamlined aesthetic to the brand while preserving the humanity at its core. The result was a system that felt both elevated and accessible, designed to scale with their continued growth and support the critical work they do across the healthcare landscape.

The project above is a strong example of how we brought humanity into a tech-forward brand. We set out to create something visually distinct, but grounded in a simple truth, everyone is human. Especially during COVID, it was important to acknowledge that even nurses, the ones doing the healing, need time and space to heal themselves.

Below, you’ll see how we translated this new identity into a flexible, scalable system, one that could stretch across every touchpoint without losing its integrity. From digital to OOH to social, the framework was built to adapt, evolve, and stay cohesive, ultimately positioning the brand as a recognizable and trusted staple within the travel nursing industry.
