Minno is a small but mighty design studio built on a simple belief: humans still notice the details and feel the difference. They are still the ones choosing and buying brands, so the work should start with them, not the algorithm.
We are a husband and wife duo who met in the advertising world and saw how often strong design was either undervalued or treated as an afterthought. We wanted to change that.
So we started Minno.
We specialize in brand and product design, with a knack for bold illustration and 3D work. We partner with businesses at all stages, designing brands and visuals that actually stand out and feel like you, without cutting corners on craft. Everything we create is intentional, tailored, and rooted in human-made design, not templates or shortcuts.

With nearly a decade of experience across global brands like SC Johnson, Bayer, and Heaven Hill Distillery, she has led everything from large-scale campaigns to complex, cross-functional teams. She understands what it takes to build something that not only looks good, but actually works in the real world.
At Minno, Grace is the bridge between business and design. She works closely with clients to understand what they need, where they are going, and how to get there. From shaping scope and budgets to guiding projects from start to finish, she ensures every detail is set up for success before it ever reaches our Creative Directors desk.
The result is a process that feels clear, collaborative, and intentional, with nothing lost along the way.

No problem is too big for Harrison to solve through design.
Over the past decade, he has built a career shaping brands across industries, bringing a sharp, discerning eye to everything he touches. He helped reimagine the healthcare space with Aya Healthcare, then transitioned into the whiskey world, where he has played a key role in evolving and rebranding much of the Heaven Hill portfolio.
After years of working with some of the biggest brands in the industry, Harrison set out to build something different.
At Minno, Harrison leads all creative. From brand identity and packaging to illustration, 3D, and digital experiences, he is hands-on in every detail, ensuring the work is not only visually striking, but cohesive, intentional, and built to last.
